    Three sessions, one roadmap

Each session builds on the last, and they're working sessions, so come ready to participate. Attend all three and you'll finish December with a clear read on your team and a plan for 2027.

    1. Opportunity Assessment

Wednesday, December 2, 11:00–11:45 AM EST

Assess how your senior team works together today, including whether leaders are pulling for their own areas more than for the whole business, and pinpoint your biggest opportunities for 2027.

    2. Lessons from the Leading Edge

Tuesday, December 8, 11:00–11:45 AM EST

Explore real examples of senior teams that learned to lead as one without losing strength in their functions, and define what better looks like for your organization.

    3. The Path Forward

Tuesday, December 15, 11:00–11:45 AM EST

Map the priorities and ROI measures that make the business case inside your organization, and leave with clear next steps for making 2027 the year your team at the top works as one.

Built for executives whose senior team needs to move faster together

Growth puts pressure on the team at the top. This series is for you if any of this sounds familiar.

    • Your company is scaling fast, and the way your senior team works together hasn't kept up.
    • Decisions take longer than they should, or the same conversations keep coming back.
    • Each executive is focused on their own function, and no one fully owns the bigger picture together, which costs you speed you can't afford.
    • You're a CHRO, People leader, HR business partner, or chief of staff responsible for how the executive team performs.

    Good to know

    How do I finish registering?

After you click Save my seat, you'll get a confirmation email with a subject line starting “You're almost in.” Click Confirm my seat in that email to complete your registration and add the Save-the-Dates to your calendar. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, and add us to your contacts so event updates reach your inbox.

When will I get the Zoom link?

Your Save-the-Dates hold the time. Before the first session, we'll send you calendar invitations for all three sessions with the Zoom link included.

    Will the sessions be recorded?

We record the sessions, but recordings aren't shared with attendees, so plan to join live. If we use any clips afterward, they'll feature only the hosts. Attendees and their names are never included.

Can I invite others from my senior team?

Yes, please do. The sessions are even more useful when colleagues attend together. Each person registers separately so they get their own confirmation and calendar invitations.

Do I need to attend all three sessions?

Each session builds on the last, so you'll get the most from attending all three. If you can only make one or two, you're still welcome.
